Are they real?
From afar, yes. Up close, cotton yarn and hours of crochet. That’s the whole idea.

When will I receive my piece?
A piece that is ready to leave the atelier ships within two to three days. A piece crocheted to order takes two weeks. Either way, you’ll be kept informed at every step.

Do you ship abroad?
Throughout the European Union, by tracked Colissimo: €10 for an order of charms, €20 as soon as a bag comes along for the ride. Delivery within France is free. Allow four to eight working days once the piece has left.

Who does the crochet?
I do, in Paris, one stitch after another. Every piece leaves numbered.

Where do the materials come from?
Cotton yarn for the crochet, worked by hand in Paris. The bag bases are chosen one by one, for their structure and their quality.

How do I look after it?
Cotton dreads a downpour, not everyday life. A dry cloth for the wicker, a barely damp sponge for the crochet, never the washing machine. A stubborn stain? Write to us before you rub.

A stitch has run, a fruit has come unsewn?
Send the piece back to us: the atelier will mend it.

Can I have it personalised?
Your initials, embroidered on the inside. Just specify them when you order. A piece bearing your initials cannot be returned: the law says so, and so does common sense.

Can I change my mind?
Within fourteen days of receipt, provided the piece is not personalised and has not been worn: fill in the Withdraw from the contract here form. Your refund follows within a few days.
