Shipping policy

Every Atelier 189 piece is hand-crocheted. A production time may therefore be added to the delivery time; it is shown on the product page and restated when you order.

Delivery area and charges

We ship to metropolitan France and to the countries of the European Union, by Colissimo with tracking.
– Metropolitan France: free delivery.
– European Union: €10 for an order of charms, €20 as soon as the order includes a bag. The exact amount is shown before payment.
Prices include VAT: you will not be asked to pay any customs duties or additional charges on receipt. We do not yet deliver outside the European Union.

Delivery times

Once the piece is ready and has been dispatched, allow generally two to five working days in France and four to eight working days in the rest of the European Union. These times are indicative and do not include the production time for handmade pieces.

Tracking and receipt

A confirmation email is sent to you when your order is dispatched. In the event of a delay beyond the announced time, write to us at contact@atelier189.com: we will do whatever is needed.
