Withdraw from the contract

You bought a piece on atelier189.com and have changed your mind? You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Simply fill in this form.

Personalised or made-to-order pieces are not covered by the right of withdrawal, except in the event of a lack of conformity (article L.221-28 of the Code de la consommation, the French Consumer Code).

Your withdrawal request has been sent.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with the address to which the piece should be returned.

What happens next?

We send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with the address to which the piece should be returned. You then have fourteen days to send it back to us, new, unworn and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by you, unless the piece is defective or non-conforming.

All sums paid are refunded no later than fourteen days after your request, using the same means of payment as for the order. The refund may be withheld until the piece has been received or proof of its dispatch has been provided.
