Refund policy

You have a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt of your order in which to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

To withdraw, fill in the “Withdraw from the contract here” form at the bottom of every page of the website, or write to us at contact@atelier189.com. We will reply with an acknowledgement of receipt and the address to which the piece should be returned.

The piece must be returned to us new, unworn and unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, no later than fourteen days after your request. Return costs are borne by you, including from another European Union country, unless the piece is defective or non-conforming. All sums paid, including the initial delivery charges, are refunded no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal request; the refund may be withheld until the piece has been received or proof of its dispatch has been provided.

Personalised pieces (embroidered initials, made-to-order designs) are neither taken back nor refunded, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), except in the event of a lack of conformity.
