The story of the piece
Sugar Free is a basket that doesn’t pretend to be sensible.
Across its multicoloured weave, a shower of crocheted treats has landed: doughnuts, sweets, a scoop of ice cream, marshmallows. There’s something wonderfully joyful about this piece, but balance remains essential: the composition is generous, never left to chance.
The basket is already a party.
The crochet piles it on.
And that is exactly where the magic happens.
Each element is made by hand in cotton, with visible stitches, plump reliefs and meticulous details. The treats don’t try to imitate reality perfectly: they keep its essence – its colour, its shape – then translate it into stitches.

Each element is worked separately: the shapes are built up stitch by stitch, firmly stuffed, then assembled. Crochet takes time because it cannot go any faster than the hand. That is precisely what gives it its structure, its relief and its presence.

A piece that is ready to leave the atelier ships within two to three days. A piece crocheted to order takes two weeks. You have fourteen days to change your mind if the piece is not personalised.
